* If you put a wet board in the cover for extended periods of time, the edges may rust. Remove the cover after use and immediately dry the board and cover.

・If the product cannot be delivered due to reasons such as production stops, we will issue a refund.
・Tune-ups are an additional charge. If you would like the GENTEMSTICK FACTORY TUNE service, please order it at the same time.
・For pre-order items, prices are subject to change between the time you place your order and when the product is delivered. The final selling price will be confirmed at the time of delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
Important news about overseas delivery
Product prices do not include international shipping fees. Delivery fee varies depending on the product and the delivery destination.
Customs clearance, such as customs duties (+consumption tax and customs clearance fee), will be borne by the customer. Please pay directly to the delivery company at the time of customs clearance or when receiving the product. If you would like an estimation of the cost, please contact us.
