【KID'S SUBSCRIPTION】Precautions

• After completing the payment, please be sure to fill out the “KID’S SUBSCRIPTION dedicated form” on the completion page. If you do not submit the information, your order may be cancelled.
  
• When applying for multiple people, please fill out the KID'S SUBSCRIPTION Form for each person.
• This product can only be delivered within Japan. Delivery outside of Japan is not possible.
• We cannot accommodate specific delivery date requests. Boards will be delivered in November.
• ショールームでの受け取りをご希望の場合は、受け取り時にお支払いをお願いいたします。
• Our rental products include both new and used boards and bindings from different seasons and will not accept specific requests.
• Due to limited numbers, applications will be closed as soon as the capacity is reached.
• As this is a directional board, it is not recommended for children who are new to snowboarding. Please use this service only after you are able to get on and off the lift by yourself and ski the beginner course while controlling your speed.
• We will not hold customers responsible for small scratches or chips, but for major damage caused by stepping on rocks, hitting trees, lift gates, other snowboarders, skiers, etc., we will charge a repair fee depending on the condition. In addition, if the item is stolen or cannot be repaired, we will charge you the new purchase price of the item.
• This product cannot be purchased together with products other than KID’S SUBSCRIPTION products.
• Please note that rental products cannot be purchased.
• Please return rental items by May 15, 2025.
